Cohort Structure
The Abelian Ambassador Program is organized in cohorts structured groups of ambassadors who go through the program together over a defined period.
Cohort 1 Overview

➤ Cohort Duration: 3 months (12 weeks)
➤ Tasks managed and tracked via Zealy
➤ Performance evaluated monthly with rewards distributed accordingly

Performance Tracking
Ambassador performance is tracked through Zealy to ensure fairness, recognition, and continuous improvement:
➤ Zealy XP earned from completed tasks (primary metric)
➤ Monthly contribution summaries submitted to the team
➤ Event participation (Twitter Spaces, AMAs, community sessions)
➤ Content creation quality and engagement metrics
➤ Community support activities and new member onboarding
➤ Quality and usefulness of feedback shared with the core team
At the end of each month, the top 3 ambassadors by Zealy XP and overall contribution quality are selected for stablecoin rewards.
Cohort Graduation & Renewal
At the end of the 3-month cohort period:
➤ Ambassadors who meet the minimum contribution threshold receive the exclusive
➤ Cohort 1 Completion Badge
➤ High performers may be invited to continue in Cohort 2 with elevated responsibilities
➤ Graduation criteria and Cohort 2 details will be shared in Month 3
➤ Feedback from Cohort 1 ambassadors will directly shape the structure of future cohorts Cohort 1 ambassadors hold a special place in Abelian’s history as founding community builders

Step 1: Apply via the Ambassador Application Form
