This blog post will provide announcements and insights on the updates and progress that has been made by the Abelian Foundation, and the technological advancements and upcoming changes to look forward to from the fourth week of March, 2024.
Announcements
New Abelian Foundation Official Website
The Abelian Foundation’s official website has added multiple languages. It now supports Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, and Vietnamese. We are committed to support more local communities. In addition to the website, you may have noticed that our social media channels also support multiple languages now.
New Abelian Community Page
When you visit the official website at https://abelian.info, you will also find a new tab called Community . On this page, we are populating more information about the Abelian network. For example, miners can now find troubleshooting information which gives step-by-step guidelines for resolving common issues.
Also join our Discord server for direct, customized communication with our tech advocates. This Community page also has links to the Abelian GitHub source code page, Block Explorer, Mining Pools, API Documents and all the Software Download pages.

Progress
Tech Integration with Exchanges
This week, the tech team continued working with three more centralized exchanges. The progress has been good and at least two of them will be ready to trade within next month. Together with MEXC and XT, ABEL will be listed on altogether 5 exchanges. This will support many more users to buy ABELs. We will continue investing into this area and reach out to more users through their favorite exchanges.
Abelian official mining pool server supports Hive OS now, with more fresh updates to look forward to!
For HiveOS users, The official mining pool server now supports HiveOS, Linux and Windows.
The tech team has started developing a brand new mining pool which aims at making the GPU mining even more user friendly and the payout mechanism more robust.
Here is some information about the new mining pool system that was introduced in 28th, Jan 2024’s FTDR.
- The new mining system will have a lower payout threshold
- The new mining system will have a load balancer which automatically routes miners to balance the network so to maximize the support to more miners.
- The system will automatically arrange mining rigs to connect to the closest mining servers, and all mining servers will be unified so that no matter which servers the mining rigs are connected to, rewards mined will be consolidated and payouts will be arranged more regularly to miners.
Today, the team wants to share more details on the new mining pool server
— The new mining system will make use of the Abelian SuperNode developed by the Foundation.
The SuperNode has been well-tested and the technology is already supporting exchanges and the Abelian Pro mobile wallet. We are expecting to roll out this new mining pool server next month.

Things to look forward to:
Multi-Tier Privacy in Abelian Wallets (Coming Soon)
On the preparation of the hard fork at the block height 280,000, a testnet has been set up and it will be open to the community early April. After the hard fork, multi-tier privacy preserving features will be available.
Users can create different types of wallets depending on what privacy levels that the users would want.
For example, a user can create a fully private wallet for the HODLing of ABEL tokens which have all the transactions being anonymous and untraceable and have the wallet balance hidden to the public. At the same time, the user can create a pseudonymous wallet which behaves like a Bitcoin wallet. This pseudonymous wallet has all its transactions anonymous but traceable and its balance is known to the public.
Pseudonymous wallets for exchange transactions
The user will use this pseudonymous wallet to interact with crypto exchanges. We expect crypto exchanges to use pseudonymous wallets in the future and we can provide auditing information of ABEL transactions by referring directly to the information available on the Abelian block explorer.
Transactions between Pseudonymous wallets and Fully Private wallets
ABELs can also be transferred between pseudonymous wallets and fully private wallets. Users, after hard fork, can create two types of ABEL wallets: one type is a pseudonymous wallet for interacting with exchanges; and the other one is a fully private wallet for HODLing their ABELs as the Digital Gold 2.0. The fully private wallet will ensure that their ABELs stored inside the wallet is completely anonymous and untraceable. No one can find out the balance of your fully private ABEL wallets.
We believe the Digital Gold 2.0 is defined as quantum-safe and wallet privacy.
Abelian is building the foundation of a Post-Quantum world
Abelian is a Layer 1 blockchain engineered to withstand quantum threats. NIST, National Institute of Standards and Technology, has already approved multiple lattice-based cryptographic algorithms for quantum-resistant encryption and digital signature. With lattice-based cryptography, multi-tier privacy, and robust decentralization, Abelian ensures your digital assets to remain secure, private, and future-proof.
Join the race to quantum resistance
Abelian powers the next-generation Layer 1 blockchain, designed to protect your transactions, assets, and data against adversarial quantum attacks.
