The Role

We are seeking an Ecosystem & Marketing Associate to support the growth and expansion of Abelian’s global ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, events, and marketing execution. You will work with the Marketing team to strengthen strategic collaborations, activate campaigns, and expand Abelian’s presence across the Web3 landscape.

This is a hands-on, execution-driven role with strong exposure to industry stakeholders, partners, and global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ecosystem & Partnerships Support

• Identify and research potential ecosystem partners (protocols, exchanges, wallets, institutions, media, communities).

• Support outreach, collateral preparation, and follow-up with strategic collaborators.

• Coordinate partnership activations and ensure deliverables are executed smoothly.

• Track partnership pipeline and maintain structured documentation.

2. Event & Industry Engagement

• Support planning and execution of offline and online events, including flagship conferences and side events.

• Coordinate speakers, sponsors, and collaborators.

• Assist in logistics, production, partner alignment, and post-event follow-ups.

3. Marketing Activation

• Assist in launching ecosystem campaigns and co-marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate cross-functional marketing deliverables (design, content, social, announcements).

• Support go-to-market preparation for ecosystem launches.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting insights.

4. Ecosystem Growth Operations

• Maintain ecosystem tracking sheets and reporting dashboards.

• Support strategic research on market positioning and competitor activity.

• Help structure growth initiatives across different regions.

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of experience in Web3, blockchain, fintech, or tech ecosystem roles.

• Strong interest in post-quantum cryptography, blockchain infrastructure, or decentralised ecosystems.

• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.

• Confident communicator with the ability to interact professionally with partners and stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Strong English communication skills (Chinese is a plus).
