‍The Role

We are looking for a Community Moderator to manage and strengthen Abelian’s presence across Telegram, Discord, and Twitter (X).

This is not a passive moderation role. We are seeking someone who understands the Web3 ecosystem, can protect brand tone, encourage meaningful discussion, and help shape a healthy, informed ecosystem.

You will work closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistency across platforms and support campaigns, announcements, and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Community Management

• Moderate Telegram and Discord channels daily.

• Maintain healthy discussions and remove spam, scams, and inappropriate content.

• Answer basic community questions and escalate technical issues when necessary.

• Identify and manage potential FUD situations calmly and professionally.

Social Engagement

• Support Twitter (X) engagement by responding to community replies and guiding conversations.

• Help amplify important announcements across community platforms.

• Encourage organic discussion around product updates and ecosystem growth.

Brand & Tone Alignment

• Ensure all responses reflect our brand voice, professional, informed, and composed.

• Maintain consistency between Telegram, Discord, and Twitter messaging.

• Flag recurring community concerns for internal reporting.

KOL & Influencer Coordination

• Identify and research relevant Web3 KOLs aligned with brand’s positioning, values, and target markets.

• Evaluate influencer quality based on audience authenticity, engagement rate, and ecosystem relevance.

• Support outreach and initial relationship building with selected KOLs.

Campaign & Event Support

• Support AMA sessions and Twitter Spaces moderation.

• Assist in community contests and engagement campaigns.

• Help gather feedback from community members post-launch or event.

Requirements

• 3-5 experience moderating Web3 / blockchain communities.

• Strong familiarity with Web3 channels and tools.

• Understanding of Layer 1 / Layer 2 ecosystems.

• Calm under pressure, especially during market volatility.

• Clear written English communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience handling token launch communities.

• Familiarity with bots and moderation automation tools.

• Basic understanding of branding and social tone.
